cigar tobacco

i've seen a fair amount of info online about making your own cigars, but does anyone know of anyone/sites that will sell the dried tobacco?

i had a line on a guy out here in PA who sells it by the pound but hes all but out of it this time of year. And growing it just takes soooooooo long.
